Your satisfaction is important to us at Get it Low. Please read the following policies and contact us if there's a problem with your order.

Shipping policy

• We will only ship to addresses that you have confirmed with your credit card issuer.
• Items are shipped the same day if the payment is made by 3pm est. If after 3pm items will ship on the next business day.
• We ship via UPS Ground. Tracking information is always emailed via the UPS system. If you haven't received tracking information please check your spam folder, as it may have been placed there by your spam filter.
• If you need a package overnighted or expedited we can do that but will need to quote you prior to payment. Please contact us for a quote.
• We will not ship to PO Boxes.
• If paying by PayPal, please do not ask us to ship to a new address or your friend's address or anything other than what is confirmed on PayPal.
• You are more than welcome to save on shipping and pick up your items at our facility during business hours Monday-Friday 8-4. Please contact us for directions.
• We do make exceptions on international shipments with payment via wire transfer. Please contact us for more information.

Sales policy

• Items are described to the best of our ability, if you have a question about an item do not hesitate to ask us.
• If you have a specific question on the use and or installation of an item, please refer to the manufacturer's site.
• Please know exactly what you are buying. You can find the manufacturer's part number near the top of the item's description page. Please do whatever research you need to on the respective parts before purchasing.

Return policy

• If an item is not as expected, not working, damaged from transit, etc., please contact us immediately.
• Returned items must be approved and must accompany the Return Authorization Number (RMA#) we provide.
• If an item is defective a replacement will be shipped when we have received the returned defective item.
• If a replacement is not available, a refund will be granted when we have received the returned defective item.
